For a quarter-century, our institution has emerged as an indomitable force within the Inter Schools and Colleges Athletics Competition (INTERCO), consistently dominating our group and setting an unparalleled standard of accomplishment. As the reigning champions, we approached this year's competition with determination to retain our coveted trophy. However, fate had a different plan in store. In an unforeseen twist of events, we found ourselves losing our customary top position in the INTERCO group stage, finishing fourth as Kumasi Anglican SHS claimed the laurels for the first time. This unexpected turn of events served as a prelude to the challenges that awaited us in the prestigious Super Zonals (SUZO). Unfortunately, our performance fell short of expectations, culminating in a 13th place finish, a far cry from our usual heights of glory.
While our academic prowess often takes center stage, overshadowing our remarkable feats in the sporting realm, it is crucial to acknowledge the magnitude of our achievements. With an impressive tally of 24 INTERCO victories and 3 SUZO triumphs, we have consistently proven our mettle.
